You'd be amazed at what can happen in a month. A.J.. and i had become best friends. He was the only
person I could ever tell anything to. The only guy I had ever told about Marc. Jessy and Jera were
the only other people who knew the whole story. I couldn't even tell Mel and Renee. And he told me
everything. Everyone was hitting it off with one another, and the entire group liked one another.
Kevin & Renee, and Brian & J, had been exclusive to one another for about a month now, technically
since they met. Howie and Mel bickered a lot but you could tell they really liked each other and that
it was out of love. It ws kind of funny cuz not only were Kevin and Renee practically complete
opposites but so were Mel and Howie only I think to a lower extent. Who knows how long it will last,
only time will tell. And, to my dismay, Nick and Jessica were very, very interested in one another. So
of course they were also exclusive but only for about 2 weeks. I still got jealous every time I saw
them together but I tried to hide it.
We were on 2 big tourbuses en route to the guys' first performance. It wasn't very far to travel since
we were only going to Ft. Lauderdale. Technically it was supposed to be dancers on one bus BSB on
the other but it didn't take too long for that to change.
I was sitting with A.J. in the 'rec room' of the BSB bus. we weren't really doing anything, just each
reading a magazine. Over the past week I analyzed the relationship that was developing between us.
I couldn't help starting to feel differently towards him. Even my jealous towards Nick and Jessy had
started to fade, this new feeling taking its place.

"Whatchya thinking about?" A.J. asked, startling me out of my thoughts.

"Nothin." I replied, not quite ready to bring the subject up with him.

"Oh bull Laura. I know when you're thinking about something and you know it." He said as he started
to tickle me.

"Please...stop...can't...breathe." I said as I gasped for air.

"uhuh. Not unless you start talkin lady." He said.

"Okay, okay. As long as you stop."

"I will. I promise." He said.

"There's something I need to tell you but I'm a little nervous." I said.

"Why? You've never been nervous before. Just go ahead and tel me." He said.

"Okay, here goes." I paused. " You see there's this guy I like..." Before I continued he interrupted me.

"Oh brother, not this again. I thought..."

"Alex wait, let me finish."

" I really don't want to here anymore about you being in love with Nick."

"Dammit A.J.! Would you just let me finish? This has nothing to do with Nick!" I shouted sending
everyone into the room.

"Hey guys! Chill out. What's going on?" Brian asked.

"Bri, do you think you could leave us alone for a minute so we can talk?" I asked.

"Okay, you have 5 minutes before I come back to check on you. Better not break anything.' Brian
said trying to lighten the mood a little. "C'mon guys. Let's give 'em some space."

"Look Alex, I've done a lot of thinking & I realized something."

"Yeah?" He said.

" Yeah. You see there's this guy I like, but I'm not quite sure he likes me." I said, getting all
emotional.

"Are you going to tell me who it is?" He said as he came closer to me.

"You." I said as tears started to fall down my face.

"What?" he asked looking completely shocked as my heart fell when I realized he didn't fell the same
towards me.

"I've been in love with you since that night at the club. But it's obvious that you don't feel the same,
so I'm gonna go lay down." I said, the hurt apparent in my voice with the tears only coming harder.

"Laura, wait."

"What?"

"I've been in love with you since I met you." He said.

"You have? Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.

"Because I knew you liked Nick and I figured you needed a friend." He said wlaking up to me and
wrapping his arms around me as all the built up passion we had poured out through our kiss.

"Alright guys, time's up. Did you work it all... Whoa! Sorry to interrupt man! Carry on!" Brian said as
he walked in and saw us kissing.

"Brian wait!' I said. "Y'all might as well know. Come on in."
They (Bri, Jera, Mel and Howie) all came in and sat down.

"Guys, A.J. and me aren't 'just friends' anymore." I said.

"Well it's about damn time!" J said

"You guys knew something? A.J. asked.

"Boy, we've known you two are like soulmates or something since you met." Howie said.

"Why didn't you say something?" I asked.

"Cuz that's something you 2 needed to figure out on your own." Mel said.
